Jarett Myers
I truly believe that customer service is a dying art. In April of 2024, I set out to flip the script on a boating industry that was putting loyalty in the rearview. My goal was to use the knowledge and contacts built over a successful career to control as many variables possible, all aimed at a refreshing sales process for the customer. At Orange Beach Boat & Yacht Sales, I am proud to spearhead a sustainable operation where the center focus is (and always will be) the customer. Happy buyers. Happy sellers. Happy CUSTOMERS. 20+ years of marine sales & management (between my sales dog, Riggs, and I) $50+ million in boat sales involvement 10+ years marine finance experience What you will get out of me: • Extra Effort • Continued Communication • Loyalty • Creativity •Transparency • RESULTS!!!

Brad Shults
Brad Shults has worked in the marine industry for close to 20 years. Brad is new to Orange Beach Boat & Yacht Sales, but he sold many a boat at Paradise Marine. “As a sales consultant I believe that customer service is the most important aspect of the boat biz. Selling boats is something I enjoy and love finding the right boat for my customers needs. I enjoy hearing from my customers about their boating experiences and look forward to building lasting relationships with all of you.” Brad thinks customer service in the boat business is most important in todays crowded market. A smooth and supportive sales process improves the customer overall boating experience. Positive experiences can differentiate whether a new boater continues to enjoy boating or gets frustrated due to poor support from a dealer that is just treating them like a number. Brad Shults is an Avid fisherman and likes getting offshore into some blue water from time to time. He has fished in many places around the world like The Gulf of Mexico, Alaska(Salmon and Halibut), Baja(Marlina y Dorado), Scotland(trout), and even the Red Sea(grouper caught off the side of a Navy ship). The fishing here in Orange Beach, AL is what brought me here and every trip is a new adventure. Ask me about Slow Pitch Jigging. If you already know, then I am always open to new techniques. I love to troll offshore, but feel at home with a fly rod in my hand, as well. Brad is Married with two boys (12 and 15)at home. The US Navy was where Brad really started his carreer on the water. That is where he developed his passion for boats and being on the water. Brad studied at Western Michigan University and during his time at WMU studied graphic design, sculpture, and videography, and watercolor. Most of his paintings are focused on marine life. You may have seen some of his work around town.
